 VISIT TO ORI AND SN PANDITH PHARMACY, by 1st year PG scholars. 

On 28/10/2024, students of 1st year PG, GAMC, visited SN Pandith, Learnt different techniques of manufacturing medicines. Had an eye on all raw drugs and to identify the genuine herbal drugs. Importance of TLC in testing the raw drugs .Bio solubility of the raw drugs. Visited all the sections of pharmacy like Avaleha, Paka , Churna section etc. 


Visit to ORI -  got to know the importance of manuscript and its preservation. Learnt about photocopying and digitization of manuscript's. Had a look through the new catalogues catalogorum .Viewed different manuscripts of various scripts like Devanagari , Kannada and of various size.

 Visit to JSSAHER, Mysuru - March 22, 2024


On March 22, 2024, first-year PG scholars visited the JSSAHER center in Mysuru as part of their research methodology and medical statistics curriculum. During the visit, they gained insights into chromatography techniques, animal housing, and other related topics.

HITĀYU – SURVEY REPORT “Door to Door Family Health survey” “Door to Door Ayurveda Awareness Programme” “Door to Door Ayurveda Facilities Availability Awareness Programme” A door to door survey was conducted by the Post Graduate Scholars of the Department of Ayurveda Samhita and Sidhantha as a part of Eighth National Ayurveda Day 2023, an initiation of Ministry of AYUSH, Govt of India. The entitled theme for this year was AYURVEDA FOR ONE HEALTH. The theme emphasizes the importance of Ayurveda in promoting the wellbeing of humans and environment.
